About Kim

I am so glad you took a minute to get to know me. I was born and raised in Iowa, yes that makes me, the midwest farmer's daughter. I married my high school sweetheart and completed my bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire where I played Division I volleyball while my young husband and I raised our firstborn daughter. She was the first of three amazing girls and a lot of moves. We worked hard and moved, a lot. It could be said I like to be busy and I am always up for a challenge. 
 
I have been settled here in the PNW for 5+ years and know in my soul I have found my forever home. Believe me, I have lived in 9 other states. It’s been a journey to say the least. This is an advantage for my clients. Knowing you have an agent in your corner who has walked in your shoes as the buyer and seller, multiple times, is invaluable. I know what having a great agent feels like and also what it feels like to be a transaction. No one should ever feel that, and with me you won’t. Few agents have more personal experience and I know it’s a difference my clients appreciate and highly value.
